End of the signature collection. Thanks to you all!

We have finished collecting signatures on the 9th of sept 2013. You can still register your support in this form, but it won't be counted officially. We would like to let you know about the next steps:

• validations of the signatures by the 28 member states by the 9th of december
• hearing in the European Parliament
• Answer and actions from the European Commission early next year
